This oil contains 300 mg of CBD per bottle, with one dose being 7.5 mg of CBD. This is perfect for those who are just starting their CBD journey. Precise dosing allows you to titrate up to your desired dose, and to adjust your dose depending on the day and how you feel! You may find that you need a higher dose on "tougher days", while a lower dose may suffice for other days. Of course, this would be great for those who are currently on a stable CBD regimen as well. Begin with placing one dose under the tongue for 60-90 seconds, then swallow. Since the oil will be absorbed under your tongue and directly into your bloodstream, some people may expect effects in 15-45 minutes. This is slightly faster than an ingested gummy which needs to undergo liver metabolism to be effective. Alternatively, the dose can be placed into food or a beverage, but will result in a longer time to effect. Oils tend to provide long-lasting effects, about 4-6 hours.
