Dr. Trina Reese

Dr. Trina Reese is a Medicinal Cannabis Pharmacist with a Doctorate of Pharmacy, residing near Scranton, Pennsylvania. After completing a Bachelor of Health Science in 2016 at Bloomsburg University, she moved to Worcester, Massachusetts to pursue a Doctor of Pharmacy degree specializing in geriatric care from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. She graduated in 2020. She is a member of the International Society of Cannabis Pharmacists (ISCPh) and the American Pharmacist’s Association (APhA). A seizure disorder manifested shortly after starting pharmacy schooling and Dr. Reese has been seizure free for over three years now, using a regimen incorporating daily CBD use in addition to other medicines (Please note: CBD cannot be stated as effective for seizures, etc. by itself). Dr. Reese is now an advocate for the potential medicinal use of cannabis, including CBD. Trina spent five years with CVS Pharmacy before transitioning to practice in the cannabis industry. She has been a Medicinal Cannabis Pharmacist for over a year now with Justice Grown Cannabis Company in Dickson City, Pennsylvania, a multi-state operation. She performs medical consults and provides comprehensive, individualized treatment plans to patients with a wide array of health concerns, while keeping patients safe from any medication interactions or unwanted side effects. Trina is growing more involved in educating others about cannabis and its therapeutic properties, ranging from THC to CBD, through pop-up events and community outreach events.
